Our model is built for developers who are not US tax residents. You can still apply — but tell us your situation in the last step and we'll review it case by case.

Application received.
You'll receive an acknowledgement by email from one of our reasoning agents right away — it routes your application to the team responsible for developer review.
Ownership & licence review. We check that the code and every dependency licence are genuinely yours to license.
Technical audit. We deploy your product to our staging environment and try to break it.
Decision & agreement. If it passes, we send the Developer Agreement with your wholesale price — and your product goes live on our infrastructure.
